Oshkosh EAA AirVenture 2025 Recap:
Breakthrough Momentum!
OSH25 was an unforgettable milestone for ScaleWings. This year, two SW-51 MUSTANGs were proudly featured at AOPA’s spectacular booth, positioned directly in front of AirVenture´s landmark Brown Arch – a prime location showcasing our aircraft to the aviation world.
We brought two SW-51 MUSTANGs, these aircraft were flown in from Tennessee and Texas.
- “Aces High” – featuring a unique paint scheme by its owner
- “Three Things” – the first SW-51 MUSTANG equipped with our IFR-capable Platinum Package and a patina leather interior by Carlex Design, the same artisans who craft interiors for Ferrari, Lamborghini, and AMG supercars.
We were humbled by the overwhelming response:
- Countless visitors congratulated us on AOPA PILOT’s cover story and 8-page in-depth flight review by Dave Hirschman, featuring stunning photography by David Tulis (AOPA).
- We engaged in hundreds of high-quality conversations with passionate aviators and potential customers throughout the show.
- Even some of our aviation heroes stopped by to share their excitement—Mike Goulian, U.S. Aerobatic Champion and Red Bull Air Race pilot, congratulated us on the SW-51 Mustang, calling it “the coolest Kitplane on the planet.”
A heartfelt THANK YOU to AOPA´s Darren Pleasance, Kim Trischman, David Tulis and Erick Webb, who made this year’s AirVenture possible for ScaleWings. And a big shout out to SW-51 owners Jay and Tim, whose incredible support and enthusiasm for the SW-51 experience helped us welcome two new customers to the ScaleWings family, with several more in line to join soon.

US Tariffs Update
