We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to contribute to the manufacturing process of the SW-51 Mustang high-performance light aircraft at our production facility in Krosno – the centre of the Aviation Valley.
The SW-51 Mustang is the world´s most accurate full-carbon replica aircraft that has created a wave of excitement in the global general aviation space. After many years of development, we have entered serial production and have successfully delivered the first series of airplanes to our customers. As we develop our company further to become a globally known aircraft manufacturer we need YOU to support our production and help us enter a higher level of productivity.
We expect you to have extensive expertise in various production processes and the ability to work with process documentation. You should oversee the daily production and prepare/update the documentation, ensuring efficient process flow, reliability and reproducibility. Moreover, you should be able to monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement process improvement programs.
Responsibilities:
Engineering supervision and optimization of entrusted production processes
Solving process, quality and machine problems based on data analysis and technical documentation
Creating and updating process and technical documentation (ie travellers, work schedules, technical drawings etc.)
Project management related to the development and improvement of production processes
Control and monitoring of the actual configuration as part of assembly on the production floor, including labelling of individual parts and components;
Ensuring correct and complete delivery of the aircraft with technical documentation in accordance with the specified configuration.
Cooperation with the design and construction office in terms of product configuration requirements and criteria.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer, process technologist, quality engineer, R&D engineer or similar
Higher (technical) education (minimum Engineer degree) in production management, mechanics, automation or related fields
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software and technical drawings
Experience in working in line production
Ability to think analytically and systemically, and formulate cause and effect conclusions
Good organization and disciplined approach to work
Ability to manage time and set priorities
Ability to operate basic measuring devices;
Knowledge of MS Office package;
Accuracy, responsibility and commitment to perform assigned duties;
Motivation and passion-driven personality
Ability to work in a team;
Experience in the aviation sector would be an advantage
