Every model maintains the original’s flair. Every panel joint and detail is transferred to the model from the mold. The whole model is built up in multilayered glass/carbon fiber reinforced plastic, cured in vacuum. Reinforcements are incorporated where necessary.

The kits consist of 20-30 all composite glass/carbon fiber parts, and a clear plastic canopy.
For the flight control surfaces, hinge points and control horns, CNC-routed from fiberglass panels, are included.
All parts with large surface areas, such as fuselage, wings, tail feathers, are manufactured in sandwich technique, using Herex foam as sandwich material, thus achieving low weight and high strength. All bulkheads, spars, wing joiner components, etc., are already installed.
Flight control surfaces also are molded from composite fiberglass.
Due to the fact that all major components are ready to install, all the principal parameters, such as dihedral, longitudinal dihedral, engine down- or side thrust are already incorporated, and need no further adjustment.
Due to the high degree of pre-fabrication, the models can be assembled in a relatively short time.

The building instructions come in the form of a CD-ROM, and contain numerous photos of the different building stages. These of course can be printed out.

We recommend the following power plants :

Tigercat 2854 mm 2 x 35 ccm bis 2 x 60 ccm
Lavochkin La-7 2178 mm 50 ccm bis 80 ccm
Lavochkin La-7 2800 mm 100 ccm bis 250 ccm
Lightning 3170 mm 2 x 35 ccm bis 2 x 60 ccm
Mitchell 2943 mm 2 x 35 ccm bis 2 x 60 ccm
Flying Fortress 3515 mm 4 x 10 bis 4 x 15 ccm 4-Takt

The Tigercat in 1:5.5 scale is in production. In order to maintain the highest possible standard in quality, and low weight, everything is produced in house, with no work outsourced. The La-7 is currently in the design stage. The P-38 probably will go into production in 2009/2010. The design and manufacture of the other models will depend on the demand.

We would be happy to hear your suggestions, concerns, or questions in the section “your opinion”, and we will try to address them in future production runs.

All the required accessories, from the scale retractable landing gear to the cockpit details, are listed on the corresponding model’s page.

All models break down in to several pieces, which can be transported in a medium sized wagon or van. The Tigercat, for example, features a 2-piece fuselage, center wing panel. 2 engine pylons, 2 outer wing panels, and the 2 horizontal stabilizer halves.

The prices of the available models, as well as the prices of available accessories, are listed on the corresponding page of each model.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have, via e-mail, the e-mail address is listed in the section “contact”.
