Building the master model & molds: Preparation of all data, with attention to detail, conversion to digital format, and professional construction are the basis of our models. Computer controlled fabrication of the master models, from which the molds are made, based on the digital data, guarantee very high precision when fabricating the master models. Every detail, such as panel joints and rivet lines is incorporated in the master model, thus generating high scale fidelity. Of course all details are then also incorporated in the numerous molds. All in all, the designing and developing the Tigercat, took approximately 3300 man-hours.
